Sunset 3 is located in the Al-Jarbi area of Ras El‑Bar, directly on the Nile River, within a famous tourist resort zone. The compound covers around 131–150,000 m² and sits just minutes from landmarks like the Olympic Village and Sunset 4 Resort. Easily accessed from both the Ras El‑Bar gate (Damietta side) and via the port route
Developed by SUD, Sunset 3 is the largest residential-touristic resort in Ras El‑Bar, comprised of around 120–110 buildings housing 1,300–1,550 fully finished apartments, including units ranging from 60 to 120 m². The compound is structured into five mini-resorts—Lakeside, Hawaii, Riviera, Island, and Maldives. It was delivered around mid-2022 to early 2023
