6ixty Iconic Tower is strategically located in the heart of the New Administrative Capital of Egypt, specifically in the Central Business District (CBD). Situated on plot MU-7CN12, the tower offers a direct view of the Iconic Tower, the tallest building in Africa. Its prime location places it in close proximity to key landmarks such as the Government District, Ministries Complex, and the Green River. Additionally, the tower is near the monorail station, ensuring excellent connectivity to other parts of the capital.
Developed by Al-Borouj Misr, 6ixty Iconic Tower is a premium 40-storey mixed-use skyscraper with a built-up area of 78,000 m². The tower features a modern architectural design and comprises serviced apartments, branded residences, retail shops, administrative offices, medical clinics, and hotel apartments.
