This prime area is designed to be the country's new financial and commercial hub, featuring iconic structures like the Iconic Tower and a cluster of high-rise buildings. The CBD is a focal point for major business, governmental, and diplomatic activities.
Riverside CBD is a mixed-use development comprising two twin towers. The project is developed by JD Holding, a collaboration between Jebal Developments of Egypt and A.D.N Towers. The towers are designed to accommodate a variety of functions, including commercial offices, retail spaces, and potentially residential units, catering to the diverse needs of businesses and professionals in the area.
