Sea View is situated at Km 187 on the Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh Road, in the Ras El‑Hekma Bay area of Egypt’s North Coast. The resort spans over 137–150 acres, featuring about 1 km of private beachfront and terraced hills that rise up to ~45 m above sea level. Nestled between major resorts like La Vista, Fouka Bay, and Mountain View, it’s roughly 3 hours from Cairo, 1 hour from Marsa Matrouh, and 1.5 hours from Alexandria
