A long-established firm (25+ years), Mabany Edris has delivered a wide range of projects (residential, commercial, medical, industrial, etc.). Its current projects include Ons New Zayed (launched May 2025, 1,012 units on 84 feddans near the Giza Pyramids), Koun (Ras El Hikma) (a 447,658 m² resort project on the North Coast, EGP 6bn total investment), Central Avenue (Sheikh Zayed mixed-use mall) and Green 5 (October City). Both Ons and Koun are under construction: Ons is to be built in four phases with first delivery by 2029, and Koun’s first phase (30% complete) is on track for full delivery by 2027. Early phases of Koun reportedly “sold out” amid strong demand, indicating robust presales.
