These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the XFede website, mobile application, chatbot, forms, dashboards, and related services.

By using XFede, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. Who We Are

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use XFede.

If you use XFede on behalf of a company, developer, brokerage, partner, or another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

3. What XFede Is

XFede is a technology-enabled real estate platform. It may help users:

search and discover properties, projects, developers, and areas;
compare options and receive recommendations;
submit inquiries and property-related requests;
communicate with XFede and relevant parties;
book calls, meetings, or follow-ups;
submit properties, projects, or lead information;
join referral, affiliate, influencer, or partner flows where available.

XFede may use technology, automation, and AI-based tools to support search, filtering, recommendations, ranking, summaries, and communication.

4. What XFede Is Not

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, XFede does not guarantee that it is acting as:

a legal advisor;
a financial advisor;
an investment advisor;
a tax advisor;
a mortgage provider;
an insurer;
a licensed valuer;
a surveyor;
a fiduciary;
or your exclusive real estate representative.

Any transaction support may be provided by XFede, affiliates, brokers, consultants, or partners depending on the service and jurisdiction.

5. No Professional Advice

All information, responses, summaries, estimates, insights, AI outputs, and recommendations on XFede are for general informational purposes only.

Nothing on XFede constitutes legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, valuation, engineering, or regulatory advice. You are solely responsible for seeking independent professional advice before making any decision.

6. Property Information Disclaimer

Property-related information on XFede may include descriptions, images, maps, square meter areas, unit types, prices or price ranges, payment plans, delivery timelines, maintenance or service fee references, availability status, developer information, project details, rental or return estimates, and appreciation or ROI assumptions.

This information may come from developers, owners, brokers, partners, public sources, user submissions, or internal systems.

XFede does not guarantee that any property information is complete, accurate, current, verified, error-free, or still available. Property details may change at any time without notice.

You are solely responsible for independently verifying all material details, including but not limited to:

ownership;
title status;
permits and approvals;
project status;
legal status;
developer standing;
exact pricing;
taxes and fees;
financing terms;
payment obligations;
handover conditions;
maintenance costs;
service charges;
and any representation important to your decision.

7. AI and Automated Features

XFede may use AI, automation, recommendation systems, ranking systems, matching systems, data models, and generated content.

These outputs are probabilistic and may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuitable for your specific situation.

AI-generated outputs must not be treated as guaranteed facts, guaranteed availability, guaranteed pricing, guaranteed investment returns, or professional advice.

8. Accounts

Some features of XFede may require you to create an account. You agree to:

provide accurate, complete, and current information;
keep your login credentials secure;
update your information when needed;
remain responsible for all activity under your account.

You must notify XFede immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

use XFede for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purpose;
submit false, misleading, unauthorized, duplicated, or manipulated information;
impersonate any person or entity;
upload malicious code, spyware, or harmful materials;
interfere with XFede systems, security, integrity, or performance;
attempt unauthorized access to accounts, dashboards, data, or systems;
scrape, copy, extract, harvest, mirror, or systematically reproduce platform content or data without written permission;
create fake inquiries, fake listings, fake leads, fake traffic, fake accounts, or fake referrals;
submit personal data or property information without authority or legal basis;
misuse incentive, affiliate, influencer, referral, or partner systems.

10. User Content

If you upload, submit, send, or post any content — including text, photos, videos, property data, project data, comments, reviews, contact data, lead data, or documents — you confirm that:

you own it or have the legal right to submit it;
it is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
it does not violate any law, regulation, confidentiality obligation, exclusivity restriction, or third-party right;
where it contains personal data, you have a valid legal basis and authority to share it.

You grant XFede a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, use, reproduce, analyze, adapt, display, publish, process, and distribute such content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, secure, support, and market XFede, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

11. Listings, Leads, and Submissions

Where listing, property submission, project submission, or lead submission features are available:

you may submit only genuine and authorized information;
you must ensure that submissions are lawful, accurate, and not misleading;
XFede may review, edit, label, reject, remove, suspend, or disable any submission;
submission does not guarantee publication, visibility, ranking, engagement, leads, sales, or revenue;
XFede may request proof of authority, ownership, or permission.

12. Referral, Affiliate, and Influencer Programs

Where XFede offers referral, affiliate, influencer, ambassador, or similar programs:

only genuine, original, lawful, and verifiable referrals may qualify;
self-referrals, duplicate referrals, fake referrals, manipulated attribution, and fraudulent activity are prohibited;
XFede may determine qualification, validation, attribution, payout eligibility, reversals, and disqualifications in its reasonable discretion;
XFede may reject, suspend, reverse, or withhold commissions, credits, or payouts where there is fraud, cancellation, abuse, poor-quality activity, unverifiable attribution, or breach of policy.

13. Communications

By using XFede or submitting your information, you agree that XFede may contact you, subject to applicable law and your preferences, by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email, push notification, in-app messages, or similar communication methods.

These communications may relate to your inquiry, recommendations, bookings, follow-up, support, service updates, security notices, referral updates, payout updates, and where permitted by law, promotional communications.

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time, but XFede may still send essential service and transactional communications.

14. Fees and Future Paid Services

Some XFede services may currently be provided free of charge unless stated otherwise. XFede may later introduce paid subscriptions, premium features, transaction-related fees, partner fees, service charges, commissions, or other paid services.

Any charges will be disclosed before you commit to them. Unless stated otherwise, you are responsible for third-party charges such as bank fees, telecom charges, app store fees, payment gateway fees, taxes, and currency conversion fees.

15. Third-Party Services

XFede may contain or integrate with third-party services such as payment providers, maps, analytics tools, communication platforms, hosting providers, app stores, cloud providers, identity tools, CRM tools, and real estate partners.

XFede is not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, security, acts, omissions, or policies.

16. Intellectual Property

XFede and its licensors own or control all rights in the platform and its contents, except for third-party content and user content where applicable. This includes rights in software, code, text, graphics, designs, interfaces, branding, trademarks, logos, databases, workflows, and related proprietary materials.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use XFede for its intended lawful purpose only. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

17. Feedback

If you provide XFede with suggestions, ideas, comments, or feedback, XFede may use them without restriction, attribution, or compensation.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XFede is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. XFede disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of availability, uninterrupted service, reliability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XFede and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, partners, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of expected savings, or loss of data arising out of or related to XFede or your use of it.

XFede total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of: (1) the amount you actually paid XFede for the specific service during the 12 months before the event; or (2) EGP 10,000.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

20. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless XFede, its affiliates, personnel, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of XFede, your content, your submissions, your listings, your leads, your referrals, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

21. Suspension and Termination

XFede may suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate access to the platform, any account, any submission, or any feature where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse or fraud, comply with law, maintain security, manage legal or reputational risk, or enforce these Terms.

22. Changes to XFede and These Terms

XFede may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. XFede may also revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date and/or publishing the revised Terms. Your continued use of XFede after revised Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or XFede shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

24. Language

If these Terms are made available in more than one language, the English version shall prevail in the event of conflict, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
